Access can also be gained if on foot from Albert Road, Eaglescliffe by walking under rail bridges,
- through the farm yard (ignore no trespassing sign),
- turn right onto Wass Way and entrance is at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left.
- over Allens West Level Crossing,
- straight over roundabout,
- take first right into Industrial Estate (Cleasby Way),
- then take first right (Sowerby Way)
