Yarm RUFC - 100 Club Rules

1. The name of the Club is the Yarm RUFC "100 Club"
2. The club is formed to raise funds for Yarm RUFC.
3. Membership shall be limited to 100 membership numbers.
4. Membership subscriptions shall be £4.00 per month payable in advance by Standing Order.
5. A person can have more that one membership number by donating multiples of £4.00 every month.
6. Membership shall be at the discretion of the Executive Committee of Yarm RUFC.
7. Each application shall be allocated a membership number from 1 to 100 inclusive.
8. Any member who falls one month in arrears with a subscription shall automatically cease to hold membership and shall forfeit subscriptions already paid, his/her membership number(s) and all interests and right in the "100 club".
9. A replacement member shall be taken from a waiting list in strict order. He/she shall be given the number of the retiring member and shall be entitled to participate in all draws for prizes issued from the moment of his/her entry.
10. Once a minimum of 25 members has been recruited, members will participate in a monthly draw of 4 * £20.00. The draw will usually take place on the first home fixture of either team on a Saturday of each month. The winner shall be picked at random and notified by post within 7 working days of the draw-taking place.
11. There will no draws in either July or August.
12. The December draw fund will be 50% of the total income for the year, less prizes awarded in the previous nine draws. The apportionment and number of prizes made in the December draw will be at the discretion of the Executive Committee of Yarm RUFC.
13. The results of each draw will be posted in the Club and on the web site.
14. The decision of the Executive Committee in all matters will be final.
